“Bike Welcome”
Since December 2017, the residence has been classified as “Accueil Vélo”, a national label that guarantees cyclists a welcome and quality services along cycle routes.
Access to cycle routes:
The “Green Lane” of the Tour du Lac (38 km) passes in front of the residence Florimontane (50 meters), and the start of the road to the Col de Forclaz de Montmin is just 400 meters.

As regular practitioners we know the needs of cyclists, and attach great importance to details that facilitate their stay.
Documentation of cycling tours in the area is available to our guests.
You will also find bus schedules (Sibra Line 20) and boats (Compagnie des Bâteaux) between Talloires and Annecy.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to guests, see the reception. (6 € per machine)
Bike rental :
In Annecy and Annecy le Vieux, “Roule ma Poule” offers a choice of VTC and electric bikes
Routes to Bike :
To prepare your bike trip in the region, we recommend a visit to the Savoie Mont Blanc site, to discover the many selected cycling routes!
Bicycle storage & workshop:
There is room for bike storage with Electric socket available for battery charging.
Car park :
The residence has free parking available.
