Florimontane is a 3 stars Residence, self-catering apartments and vacation rentals. Open April 1st till November 5th, 2023

With 9 apartments and studios for 1 to 7 persons each, we can welcome groups  and individuals up to 33 persons. Services with Reception, Bar, breakfast and breefing room.

Wifi Internet is free for guests, in the rooms, lobby and breakfast rooms.

Strorage room for your favorite sport’s equipment : bikes, gliders, skis, boards…

In summer, acccess to table tennis, french bowling, swing for children.

Florimontane residence is located in Echarvines village (Talloires district), halfway between Menthon-St-Bernard and Talloires center.

  • Geneva (GVA) airport is 55 km. (About 45 drive on A41 highway (Autoroute))
  • Annecy TGV Railway station, is 11 km away, then Bus on line N°61 (Annecy – Talloires)

Services

Reception is open 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

We speak French, English, German, Italian.

Beds are made on arrival. Bed sheets, duvet covers,  pillowcases, dishcloth are included.

Daily cleaning and final cleaning are available on request (with extra charge).

Laundry machines (Washing machine and dryer) are available at recepetion level. (Washing is 6 € per machine of 5 kg). Also iron and ironing board is free of use.

For families with babies and yound children, we have Baby beds, baby chairs, bay bath, on demand. Let us know before arrival.

Books and magazines, games are available at reception, on request.

We are happy to inform our visitors about sports and cultural activities in the area (and to make bookings) : Paragliding tandem flights, Bikes and electric bikes rentals,  Hot Air Balloon flights, Château and museum visits, Spas and body care in Talloires.

We can give you the best tips and advice about local restaurants, according to your taste and to your budget !

Equipments

The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and hood, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are available and adapted to the number of occupants per dwelling.

Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Centralized reversible heat pump provides a summer cooling and additional heating to central heating in winter.

Flat screen LCD TV in all apartments. Safes with codes.

Miscellenous

The owners , Nadine and Antoine, will welcome you and make you feel “like at home”. This accommodation style, is perfect for families with babies. Dogs welcome (extra charge, € 5 per day).

Excellent location for holidays with family or friends to enjoy the many sports and cultural activities in the region throughout the year.

We inform and offer support in their activities individual visitors and small groups of paragliders, cyclists, hikers / walkers, rowers paddle surfers on board, golfers, trailers, fishermen.

Antoine, is also paragliding instructor. He can take you for a tandem flight over Lake Annecy from the site of Planfait or la Forclaz pass. The nearby partner school: “Les Passagers du vent” propose paragliding courses for all levels, and tandem flights throughout the year.

Price per night per apartment in Euro (All tax included) :

  • from Sunday evening till Thursday evening (Su,Mo, Tue, We, Thu)
  • from friday to Saturday evening (Fr,Sa)
  • price per week (7 nights)

These Tarifs include :

  • The self catering apartment rental
  • Water, electricity, heating
  • The free use of the kitchen, accessories, appliance, dishes and all cooking utensils.
  • All taxes are included, but the visitor’s tax which is to be paid on the spot. (1,50€ per person per day)
  • Sheets, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. Beds are made on arrival.
  • Television, Internet Wifi

Options :

  • “Laundrymat” Washer and dryer surcharge: € 8 (per machine)
